Problem: BlessBoard publish catch-alls remapped many TX/engine failures to lookup_error, masking real codes.
Root cause: Catch-all remapping in BB publish services (confirmed). Not proven as the sole cause of any specific Sep 24 intermittent failure.
Fix: websitePublishFailureDiagnostics + service catch path updates; requestId + publicCode
Verification: HOSTED QA PASS for diagnostics behavior; Hostinger log correlation incomplete
Outstanding: Original intermittent publishing failure not reproduced; Hostinger log verification incomplete
